Saltbench is an independent review desk that catalogs every offer in the Self-Help space. We don't run sponsored placements. We don't take payment from creators or vendors in exchange for coverage. We use affiliate links — disclosed on every page — to fund the work, and we list offers we'd never personally buy alongside the ones we'd consider.

Our review framework is simple: read the sales claim, check what the creator actually promises, compare price paths, look at refund mechanics, and write down what a calm buyer would want to know before they hand over a card.

What "Skeptic" means here

Skeptic isn't cynic. We don't dismiss every offer in Self-Help as a scam — we read the receipts. Some products in this category genuinely deliver. Most are mediocre. A few are openly misleading. Our job is to sort them out loud.
